Our experience with Citizen Apartment has been very positive. The manager ' Merrit' and the management team were very supportive of our needs. The location is excellent, and I would say it’s one of the best places to live.

I’ve been thoroughly impressed with The Citizen Apartments. Jazsmine has been exceptionally helpful and consistently goes out of her way to offer assistance, which I truly appreciate. Jake is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. The manager, Merrit, has also been very professional, approachable, and attentive. Overall, the team here creates a welcoming and supportive environment.

As someone relocating from D.C., I was impressed. The apartment I toured was even better in person than in the photos. Jake was knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of my (limited) time, which I truly appreciated. Bonus: the dog-friendly setup is a major plus (most places in KC say pet-friendly, but then have tons of exceptions) and a requirement of mine. After 2 tours, a bunch of emails to Jake with questions, I decided to sign a lease and I'm excited to be in this development. Great staff, safe & beautiful place. I can't wait to move in and set up my nest!

Everything about this place is amazing! The apartments have nice upgraded features and a beautiful design. The amenities are top tier, they even have a pet spa! Jake, the resident services manager, was very knowledgeable and kind!
